Thanksgiving weather: Cloudy, but dry; Unseasonably cold this weekend

It will be a cloudy and chilly Thanksgiving with highs around 44 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.

Highs will be around 44 degrees, before dropping to around 25 degrees overnight.

Tonight, there will be a slight chance for isolated rain and snow into Friday morning as temperatures fall.

On Friday, dry conditions return with more clouds and light winds. It will be cold, with highs around 31 degrees.

Skies will clear again on Friday night, as temperatures fall to a low around 16 degrees.

Saturday will be mostly sunny and cold, with highs around 33 degrees, followed by a partly cloudy night with lows around 16 degrees.

Chilly temperatures continue through the weekend. Sunday will have sunny skies, but highs will be around 32 degrees. Temperatures will fall to 20 degrees overnight.
