Today will be sunny and pleasant with highs around 62 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.

It will be windy through the mid-afternoon today, with gusts of 20 to 25 mph winds expected.

Temperatures will drop into the upper 30s overnight as a cold front moves through the region.

Tuesday will start off cloud, but clouds will break up throughout the day, leading to more sunshine in the afternoon.

It will be chillier, with high temperatures in the low 50s and lows dropping into the mid-30s overnight.

Wednesday will be cloudy, with temperatures maxing out in the upper 50s.

While rain chances will hold off during the day, showers are expected after the sun goes down and will continue into Thursday morning.

Overnight lows will be a little warmer, staying in the upper 40s.
