The other two players, both whom exited with injuries against the Broncos, are more of a question mark.
Mims was wearing a protective brace on his broken right hand Tuesday but participating in offensive line drills during a walkthrough practice in the team’s indoor facility. He was pulled after two drives in Saturday’s win over Denver after he tried to play through the injury, which occurred in the Week 17 game against Cleveland.

Taylor said he is taking it “day-to-day” with the rookie right tackle. Devin Cochran replaced Mims on Saturday, rather than making multiple changes by shifting Cody Ford from left guard, where he started instead of Cordell Volson.
If Mims is unable to play this week, it’s possible Ford would slide over to right tackle and Volson would be back at left guard, but Taylor wasn’t ready to reveal any expectations for the finale. Cochran missed practice Tuesday for personal reasons with his wife in labor.
“We’ll see,” Taylor said. “We’ll keep talking through that and working through it.”
Chase Brown suffered a high ankle sprain on the final drive in regulation Saturday and was not seen at practice Tuesday. Taylor said “we’ll see where that ends up,” when asked about the second-year running back’s status.
The Bengals would be leaning on Khalil Herbert if Chase Brown is unable to go, but Taylor indicated after the game Saturday that Brown was hoping to play.
Defensive tackle Kris Jenkins was wearing a brace on his right leg at practice Tuesday, and wide receiver Tee Higgins had a compression sleeve on his left leg. Kicker Evan McPherson also is eligible now to come off injured reserve but Taylor left his status up in the air as well.
“We’ll just keep working through the trainers with him,” Taylor said.
