Sport: Track and field
Class: 2018
Age: 17
Bet you didn’t know: I write poetry.
Toughest opponent/why? My toughest opponent is myself. Because throwing is an individual sport, your mental strength is just as important as your physical strength and technique. Your body only performs as well as your mind allows it too. My toughest opponent is myself because I am the only one who can stop myself from success. I am the only one who can keep myself from being who I want to be.
