Luke Kennard, when he was a Franklin High School senior in 2015, stands next to one of the signs that have been installed on roads entering the city of Franklin. Two of the signs were stolen in early 2017 after Kennard announced he would forge his final two years at Duke University and was entering the NBA draft.
