West Chester woman indicted on child sex charges

A West Chester Twp. woman is facing multiple charges for allegedly having sex with a juvenile.

Beth Ann Manning, 39, of the 7900 block of Victory Court, was indicted Wednesday by a Butler County grand jury on five counts of sexual battery, a third-degree felony.

The indictment alleges Manning had sexual conduct between May 1 and May 16 with the juvenile.

Butler County Assistant Prosecutor Kelly Heile said the victim is a juvenile, but declined to release any more information, including their age or sex.

A warrant has been issued for Manning’s arrest. She is scheduled to be arraigned Monday by Butler County Common Pleas Judge Greg Howard.
