The indictment alleges Manning had sexual conduct with the juvenile between May 1 and May 16.
Butler County Assistant Prosecutor Kelly Heile said the victim is a juvenile, but declined to release any more information, including the victim’s age or sex.
Manning was taken into custody for processing at the Butler County Jail, but was granted an own recognizance bond by Howard. She is scheduled to be back in court Aug. 15 for a pre-trial hearing.
