West Chester restaurant evicted, closes after three-plus years in business

The doors at Moe’s Southwest Grill’s West Chester Twp. location have closed after more than three years.

A “notice to leave premises” posted on the restaurant’s doors by a Cincinnati law firm recently evicted Moe’s West Chester LLC from 7687 Doc Drive for “failure to timely pay minimum rent and other financial obligations under the lease” for the property.

The store, which opened in August 2015, has been removed from the Moe's Southwest Grill website.

There’s no word yet what business may open in its place.

Moe’s serves southwest fare at more than 700 restauran nationwide, including 18 in Ohio. The closest one to the West Chester location is 8260 Arbor Square Drive in Deerfield Twp.
