SWAT and K-9 officers have left the scene, although West Chester officers remain inside.
No one is in custody, according to our reporter at the scene.
West Chester Twp. spokesperson Barb Wilson said that "it's not unusual when we're executing a search warrant to have the SWAT team there."

INITIAL REPORT
West Chester Twp. police are executing a search warrant on Autumn Woods Lane related to Sunday’s quadruple homicide, according to the township.
Township spokeswoman would not confirm what police are looking for with the search warrant, or if they’re making an arrest.
SWAT Team officers are on the scene.
On Sunday, April 28, police found Hakiakat Singh Pannag, 59, and his wife, Parmjit Kaur, 62, in their apartment at 4562 Wyndtree Drive with their daughter, Shalinderjit Kaur, 39 and Parmjit Kaur’s sister, Amarjit Kaur, 58, Sunday evening with gunshot wounds.
Wilson said the search warrant is in relation to the quadruple homicide.
According to radio traffic on April 28, one of the responding officers said two of the four family members were laying in “a good amount of blood” in the living room.
