No injuries have been reported, she said.
UPDATE @ 11:15 a.m.: There are about 85 businesses in West Chester Twp. that are being affected this morning by the flooding, according to a spokeswoman.
The two largest businesses impacted are GE Aviation and Humana, she said.
Many of the employees are able to make it out on their own and Lakota school buses are being used to transport those who cannot.

She said the flooding is a result of overflow of the East Fork of the Mill Creek and a pond between Windisch and I-75.
School buses and dump trucks are staging at IKEA.
INITIAL REPORT: West Chester Twp. is working to evacuate businesses this morning due to flooding.
The area affected is Windisch Road between Crescentville and Allen Road and Allen Road between Windisch Road and River Walk, according to a spokeswoman.
She said five Lakota school buses are being used to evacuate people unable to make it out on their own to Lakota West High School.
There also are reports that firefighters rescued several residents trapped in high water at Gregory Creek Mobile Home Park off Hamilton-Mason Road in Butler County.
The local American Red Cross is responding to assist the residents.
