Divers and a boat will be on the Great Miami River to inspect the bridge and perform soundings of the channel bottom.
The Ohio Department of Transportation requires an underwater inspection of the bridge every five years for safety, according to the city.
During the inspection, residents are urged to use caution while on the bike trail because the bridge consultant will be using it for access.
