UGG pop-up shop opens in Monroe, offers opening event contest

An UGG pop-up shop debuted this week at Cincinnati Premium Outlets and will hold an opening event this weekend with some of Cincinnati’s fashion and lifestyle influencers.

The footwear brand, known for its sheepskin boots, opened its doors Tuesday and will remain open through the holiday season.

The more than 2,200-square-foot location, which offers slippers, boots and other assorted footwear, as well as brands such as Sanuk and Teva, is located in Suite 622 near Skechers. It is exclusive to the Cincinnati area.

In addition to this week’s grand opening, UGG will host a special opening event on Saturday.

The event will start at 9 a.m. with an early open and “first look” at the UGG store. Attendees will have the opportunity to enter to win a $50 Simon giftcard to spend at UGG through one of the many Instagram influencers in attendance.

It has been a busy year for Cincinnati Premium Outlets, which is located just off Interstate 75’s Exit 29 in Monroe. So far in 2019, the outlet mall has welcomed:

• An AT&T store

• Charley’s Philly Steaks

• Pepper Palace, which sells gourmet hot sauce, barbecue sauce, salsa, pickled items, jellies and jams, beef jerky and more.

• Proletics, a brand providing leggings for women and other special products for running, training and active lifestyles.

• Puma, an athletic and casual footwear, apparel and accessories store.

• Vans, an action sports footwear and apparel retailer.
