The facility was an existing urgent care that was open on weekends, and TriHealth rebranded it as a Priority Care and changed the hours to seven days a week to better meet the needs of patients, officials said.
“TriHealth Priority Care locations are an ideal choice for patients with medical issues that need to be seen promptly but don’t rise to the level of an emergency room visit,” said Steve Mombach, senior vice president, Ambulatory Services/Network Development. “They serve as a great complement to primary care physicians and student health centers.”
TriHealth Priority Care-Oxford will now see patients seven days per week, Mondays through Fridays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The facility’s medical staff includes physicians, nurse practitioners and certified medical assistants. In addition to care for minor injuries and illnesses, services offered at all TriHealth Priority Care locations include X-rays and lab work related to the visit and workplace injury care.
No appointment is necessary.
TriHealth also operates Priority Care locations in Anderson, Mason and Westwood.
