Starting Friday, DogBerry Mug Club members get early access to DogAvon, the brewery’s Barleywine Ale. Brewed once a year at 13 percent ABV, or alcohol by volume, the bottles are beer that DogBerry took from a 2017 batch and aged in red wine barrels.
Saturday, DogBerry will hold a bottle release: $8 a bottle and $15 for two. Also on Saturday will be a Vertical Tasting of DogAvon through the years. That release will be in very limited quantity and available on a first come, first served basis. These will be served in flights only of the 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2017 barrel aged DogAvon.
Rounding out the week will be Sunday’s offerings: $10 growler fills and DogBerry’s Bring Your Own Vinyl Day.
