The Fairfield remodel will start at the end of October and be finished by mid-November, she said.
Exterior changes will include a new facade with warmer colors, rough-cut cedar, black awnings and new signage, Hale said. Inside, customers will notice even more changes including new flooring, lighting, tables, chairs and booths, plus artwork and a welcome wall personalized to each location, she said.
The changes, while significant in design, retain familiar elements that draw on Frisch’s history and its longevity in the community, Hale said.

Each location will remain open during the remodeling process except for the two days prior to opening, she said.
The new remodeling activity comes after Frisch’s cut the ribbon on the remodeled Covington location in June 2016, followed by Blue Ash, Mt. Repose and now the Symmes Twp. location, which was constructed in 1982, according to Hamilton County Auditor’s Office records.
Sales are up at the remodeled locations by 7 to 9 percent, Hale said.
