The victim was taken to Atrium Medical Center, where he later died.
Mykael Callahan, 29, was shot multiple times and is being autopsied today, according to Warren County Coroner Dr. Russell Uptegrove. His death was a homicide.
Middletown Sgt. Sam Allen said there was a dispute involving several people outside before the shooting happened. Detectives are continuing to interview people who were in the area.
