On Thursday, Fairfield Twp. police said Martin is believed to be the person seen on security cameras at the Target in Bridgewater Falls after a woman reported being recorded while using the restroom.
According to police, on March 7, the woman said an unknown person recorded her using a front-facing camera slid between the bathroom stall and the wall, who fled after the suspect realized the woman had noticed the recording.
The woman only was able to see that the suspect was wearing sparkly slide sandals, police said.

Fairfield Twp. police said that Martin is also wanted in Blue Ash for a similar incident.
According to jail records, Martin was arrested Thursday evening in Forest Park.
