Ricardo Robertson, 28. Currently in Butler County Jail Middletown Division of Police has completed an investigation into the Baltimore Street Gang. As a result, the Butler County Grand Jury has returned 7 indictments for Participating in a Criminal Gang, which is a felony of the second degree. The gang has participated in and been involved in crimes such as Murder, Robbery, Felonious Assault, Burglary, Drug Abuse and Trafficking and Menacing.
