Kingswell Seminary, located on Central Avenue in Middletown, held a ribbon-cutting last week to celebrate its grand opening.
The former Castell Building was purchased by Scott and Jeri Lewis in 2008, and in the 11 years since, they have renovated the five-story building.
The building houses West Central Wine, Dons Pizza that is scheduled to open this month, offices Jeri Lewis uses for parades and Family Movie Nights, and a theological library.
Office space is available on the third floor.
The Lewises own Triad Investment Group.
The building was constructed in 1915 by the Sebalds and took the name Castell because of the drug store on the corner.
The building had dentist and doctor offices on the upper floor. submitted
