Maplewood Kitchen and Bar isn't the only concept the Thunderdome Restaurant Group has launched. Others include Currito, Bakersfield, Citybird, The Eagle and Sohi.
“We are very excited to see a chef-driven concept like Maplewood opening in Deerfield Township,” said Jim Flick, Deerfield Twp.’s economic director. “It’s exactly the type of restaurant our residents have expressed interest in. This is a big win.”
