“It’s a place you can stop in and grab quick, pre-prepared, healthy meals,” Maley told this news outlet. “We have people who come in and get one at a time, we have people who come in and get 20 meals for the week. Everyone uses it a little bit differently. It’s kind of like meal prep for people who don’t want to cook or don’t have the time to cook.”
Fit Food Stop opened its first location in Oakley in 2016 and its second location at 3528 Columbia Parkway in Cincinnati’s Columbia-Tusculum neighborhood in 2017. The West Chester Twp. location replaces the one in Oakely, which closed at the end of April.
The menu includes omelettes, scrambled eggs and turkey sausage links for breakfast, vegetarian chili, turkey chili and salads for lunch, and various chicken, beef and turkey-based entrees for dinner.

Snacks include chia seed pudding, Greek yogurt parfait with fruit and granola, protein bars, fresh fruit, cheese, healthy drinks and more.
Selection may differ slightly from day to day, but Fit Food Stop’s menu serves as a baseline for the type of options available, Maley said.
Fit Food Stop plans to hire at least five employees for the new location as it continues to cook out of its central kitchen in Cincinnati, he said.
