Located in the 5200 block of Kings Mills Road a few miles from Kings Island, the 2,307-square-foot business will sit on a 1-acre property, according to a permit filed by Mike Doty, director of construction with Brandicorp, which is headquartered in Bellevue, Ky.

The new business at the front of luxury rental community Mason Grand joins a wave of new development coming to the Interstate 71 area, including a new Panera Bread next door, the soon-to-be-developed 224 apartments at Villages of Mason and El Rancho Nuevo.
