McAlister’s Deli is coming to Fairfield Twp.

The fast casual restaurant chain garnered a permit to perform renovation work at 3169 Princeton Road in a space formerly occupied by Applebee’s Grill + Bar, which was shuttered as part of a mass closings in late 2018.

The McAlister's Deli chain was founded in 1989 in Oxford, Mississippi, by retired dentist Dr. Don Newcomb. Its menu includes sandwiches, soups, salads, spuds, side dishes, desserts and more, including 32-ounce glasses of tea.
