MORE: Train-themed restaurant opens its new location in Fairfield
The new restaurant will be owned by Al Alfrookh and Mo Aburbakr, who have owned and run Patrick’s Family Restaurant on Ohio 128 in Cleves for the past three years.
“Our opening date is still unknown at this point, hopefully within these next few months,” Alfrookh said.
The restaurant will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner entrees to go and specialize in dishes such as falafel, chicken shwarma and fried fish, he said.

The business is named after Aburbakr’s son, Dean. It is expected to hire at least four employees for the business, which will have patrons order at a counter and either dine in or take out, Aburbakr said.
“We’re trying to make it easier on the customer because we think that not everybody has … extra to pay for the tip, so we said let’s change that so we can be more affordable,” he said.
