Le Macaron French Pastries holds grand opening at Liberty Center

The latest food shop to open at the Liberty Center will hold a grand opening celebration this weekend with deals to help visitors prepare for Valentine’s Day.

Le Macaron French Pastries, at 7529 Bales St., held its soft opening in December and will host the start of its grand opening today. The event, including macaron tastings and deals, will run from today through Sunday, starting at 10 a.m. today and Saturday and noon on Sunday.

The Liberty Center location is the first in Ohio for Le Macaron, which serves a wide array of gelato, cakes, specialty European-style coffees, classic French pastries and homemade candies, the macaron is Le Macaron’s claim to fame.

It sits between Torrid and Lush and across the street from Forever 21.
