Erin Robinson enjoys hosting parties and dinners so much, she has made it her job to help others do so with less anxiety.

At her new We Love it Too kitchen and decor shop on Main Street, she helps people with entertainment “from the time guests enter your house through desert, we’ve got you covered.”

We Love it Too opened Saturday at 408 Main St., in the space formerly occupied by the LahVDah soap and skin-care store. LahVDah late last year moved to the Bridgewater Falls Shopping Center. We Love it Too will host its Grand Opening this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Robinson, who owns the store with her husband, Bob, said the idea for the shop began with a group of couples who enjoyed dining out together: “We would go to dinners, and all of a sudden were like, ‘Why are we going out? Why don’t we just stay in and cook? Because we make better food, if we don’t say so ourselves.’'”

About five years ago, they started a group called Supper Club with different themes, with a variety of additional people invited, “But we would always cook our own food because it was good, it was fun,” she said.

She knows many who are intimidated by hosting gatherings. “For me, it’s easy,” she said. “If I can help people with that, that’s a no-brainer for me.”

So, “I opened a store that’s all about entertaining, gathering, celebrating and we’ve just gone from there,” she said.

The store sells cookware, silverware, tableware, pastas, “everything you ever need to plan the gathering of your dreams.”

“We have furniture, we have hutches, we have rugs, we have door mats, we have benches and wine racks — anything from start to finish,” she said. “You could decorate your house, you could set your table. We even could supply the meal, with pastas, pasta sauces. We have avacado oil. We have sea salt brownies, we have salsas and blueberry jams and pancakes, all kinds of things.”

In coming weeks, the store will offer a class on how to arrange charcuteries for parties.

The store’s hours are Tuesday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Robinsons live in Fairfield Township and grew up locally. She’s a Hamilton High School 1990 graduate while Bob graduated from Fairfield High School in 1994.
