7:30 a.m.: Hancock shows the handgun to two students in the cafeteria and bathroom during breakfast at the school.
10:30 a.m.: Hancock takes the gun from his backpack in his locker and place it in his lunchbox. A student observes this.
10:58 a.m.: Two students and Hancock walk into the cafeteria and go directly to the bathroom. Hancock loads the gun and it jams.
10:59 a.m.: One student leaves the bathroom and walks to a teacher's room and tells another student that Hancock has a gun.
11:03 a.m.: A student goes to the table where Hancock is sitting and speaks with him.
11:08 a.m.: A student returns to the table and talks with Hancock.
11:11 a.m.: A student goes into the bathroom, where Hancock finishes loading the gun, "charges" it and puts the gun's safety on.
11:16 a.m.: Hancock displays the gun at a cafeteria table where two students see it. He starts to back away from the table.
11:17 a.m.: Hancock stands up and starts shooting.
11:17 a.m.: Hancock runs outside about 7 seconds after he starts shooting.
