Lotus Pad Asian Cuisine is the latest restaurant to join Liberty Center.

Located across from Kona Grill at 7521 Gibson St., the restaurant offers “fresh, fun, organic Asian food with Thai and Vietnamese influences,” said co-partner Bryan Henderson.

“We source our proteins and vegetables from local farms whenever possible,” Henderson said.

The Liberty Center restaurant marks Lotus Pad’s second location nationwide. The first one was opened 10 years in Big Sky, Montana, by founding chef Alexandra Omania.

“Our business partners, as well as myself are from this area of the country and felt like this area needed a Lotus Pad,” said Bryan Henderson, operating partner and director of operations.
