The crash between two tractor-trailers happened at 12:30 a.m. on Interstate 94 in the South Side of the city, The Associated Press reported.
The truck that was hauling wine was ripped open, the AP reported. WLS reported the truck was transporting about 40,000 pounds of wine bottles and lost about a quarter of the load on the highway.
One person had minor injuries, The Chicago Sun-Times reported.
