Search underway after 2 inmates escape from Warren County Corrections Center

Update @ 4:23 a.m.: 

A second inmate escaped from the Warren Community Corrections Center three hours after another inmate left the facility early Friday morning, the Warren County Sheriff’s office announced in a press release.

A search is underway for James Warren Adams III, who was reported missing from the facility at 3 a.m. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt with CCC on the back and khaki pants.

The 34-year-old is described as a white male whose head is shaved and he has blue eyes. Adams also has multiple tattoos, including one large tattoo on the left side of his neck, according to the press release. He is 5-foot-11 and weighs 230 pounds.

He was serving time in the Community Corrections Center on felony drug charges, the release said. He will be charged with escape charges when captured.

Logan Michael Lee Fithen, 23, escaped from Community Corrections, located at 5234 State Route 63, just after midnight, according to a release by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.

He was possibly picked up by his girlfriend in a silver mini-van.

Fithen stands 5-foot-four inches tall, weighs 200 pounds, and has blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing either a blue t-shirt with “CCC” on the back and khaki pants; or an orange jumpsuit with “CCC” on the back, the release stated.

He was sentenced to CCC on felony drug charges out of Clermont County, and additional escape charges will be filed.
