The facility will be a four-story, 47,070-square-foot hotel with 94 guest rooms, an indoor, heated swimming pool and a fitness center.

Tru by Hilton hotels offer free breakfast, from healthy chicken sausages and fresh fruit to waffle boats and numerous toppings. They also serve LavAzza coffee, Stash tea and hot chocolate.
A 24-hour in-hotel market features local snacks, gourmet treats and single-serve wine and beer.
Tru by Hotel lobbies offer a semi-private alcove in which guests may charge a device with an easy-to-reach outlets or hang out with friends and play some games.

The Hilton Worldwide Corporation has Tru Hotel locations in the Cincinnati and Dayton area market, including Mason, Beavercreek, Huber Heights and Florence, Kentucky. A Sharonville location is set to make its debut Nov. 30.
Coordinated with the help of Crestpoint Companies and Cincinnati Commercial Contracting, next week’s groundbreaking event will include city officials, plus the hotel’s owners, developers and managers.
