That’s according to West Chester Twp., which will hold a zoning hearing on proposed change later this month.
RG Properties purchased the building in April for $2.1 million. The 7,178-square-foot structure operated as a Milano’s Pizza, Subs & Taps from January 2014 until May 2018.

Marlin & Ray’s, a steak and seafood restaurant, operated there from February 2012 until January 2013 at the location. Ruby Tuesday was open there prior to that.
Another Broken Egg Cafe touts itself as offering "chef-inspired, breakfast, brunch, lunch and signature morning cocktails" and a "craveably, culinary driven menu with a southern flair."
That includes Bananas Foster Pancakes, Lobster & Brie Omelette, Smoked Salmon Benedict and a variety of high-protein power bowls. Adults may enjoy hand-crafted cocktails like Spiked Cold Brews and signature Mimosas and Bloody Marys.
Another Broken Egg Cafe is one of the fastest-growing daytime-only concepts in the country, with more than 69 locations in 12 states and dozens more in development. It has locations in Montgomery County’s Miami Twp. at Austin Landing and in Beavercreek.
