A new breakfast-and-brunch option is now open in Hamilton’s growing Main Street corridor.

Rise-N-Shine shares space with sushi burrito franchise Roll On In at 102 Main St.

The new dining spot features a menu filled with breakfast dishes using as many locally sourced ingredients as possible.

That includes classics like Steak & Eggs, Chicken & Waffle and Eggs Benedict. A Rise & Shine Sampler includes 2 cafe free Amish eggs any way you like them, ham, sausage, bacon, biscuits-and-gravy or two buttermilk pancakes and country-style potatoes. A Farmer’s Breakfast includes two eggs any style, double meat ham, sausage, bacon or goetta, toast or English muffin and country-style potatoes.

There are also six omelettes, three kinds of pancakes, two kinds of waffles, two breakfast sandwiches and French Toast N’ Fruit.

Hash options include Country Boy (shredded hash browns, thick-cut bacon, chopped onion and red bell peppers served with two eggs and topped with cheddar cheese) and Sweet Piggy (breakfast sausage, sweet potatoes, onion, red bell pepper and garlic tossed with avocados, tomatoes and fresh cilantro and topped with a fried egg).

“Light Helpin’s” include oatmeal, biscuits & gravy, single pancake, single waffle and a la carte bacon, sausage, ham, goetta and eggs.

The new restaurant is the work of John Kallenberger and Michael McCarthy, who opened Roll On In in Hamilton in 2018 after opening locations in Lebanon and Cincinnati's Clifton neighborhood (2016) and Deerfield Twp. (2017).

Hours for Rise-N-Shine are 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday to Sunday.
