A breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant that specializes in Southern-inspired menu options is set to open in Butler County next month.

Another Broken Egg Cafe is scheduled to make its debut April 27 at 7701 Voice of America Centre Drive in West Chester Twp. It will occupy part of a structure that once was home to Ruby Tuesday, Marlin & Ray’s and, until May 2018, Milano’s Pizza, Subs & Taps.

Broken Egg Cafe touts itself as offering “chef-inspired, breakfast, brunch, lunch and signature morning cocktails” and a “craveably, culinary driven menu with a southern flair.”

Its menu includes Bananas Foster Pancakes, Lobster & Brie Omelette, Smoked Salmon Benedict and a variety of high-protein power bowls. Adults may enjoy hand-crafted cocktails like Spiked Cold Brews and signature Mimosas and Bloody Marys.

The new restaurant at Voice of America will be hiring for all of its positions including servers, bussers, hosts, bartenders, expediters, line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers. The hiring process will begin in late March.

Another Broken Egg Cafe is one of the fastest-growing daytime-only concepts in the country, with more than 69 locations in 12 states and dozens more in development. It has locations in Montgomery County’s Miami Twp. at Austin Landing and in Beavercreek.
