Kathy and Troy Schwable, who in 2018 were named Hamilton’s Volunteers of the Year, don’t limit their helpfulness to the city where they live.

Turns out, they also were making themselves useful last week in West Virginia, at the 24th World Scout Jamboree, where some 45,000 Boy Scouts from more than 150 countries were attending.
