UPDATE: I-75 traffic now flowing smoothly after 2 major morning backups

Traffic is back to flowing smoothly in Butler County after two significant morning slowdowns on I-75 South, between Union Centre and I-275 and St. Rts. 122 and 63.

UPDATE @ 9:29 a.m.

After officials cleared up a crash on I-75 south that caused delays between Union Centre and I-275, a second incident is causing delays on I-75 south between St. Rt. 122 and St. Rt. 63.

The second incident was reported at about 9:15 a.m. Delays of more than 30 minutes are being reported.

INITIAL REPORT

A crash on Interstate 75 south in Butler County has closed multiple lanes and is causing traffic delays of close to an hour.

The crash is reported on I-75 south between Union Centre and I-275. It involved two vehicles, and there were no injuries, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Tow trucks were on the scene as of 8:30 a.m., and traffic is continuing to move through the area.
