The Butler County Historical Society is asking area residents that had relatives or family members who worked for the Champion Coated Paper Company to consider donating photos, memorabilia and other historical artifacts to the society’s collection.

The society has a large collection of items related to the Mosler Safe Company, the Beckett Paper Company and many other Butler County manufacturers, but not the Champion Paper Company, it said in a statement.

Items such as photographs, company publications, and similar materials can be scanned or copied by the society and returned to the donors.

If you would like to offer photos, memorabilia or artifacts, give Executive Director Kathy Creighton a call at 513-896-9930.
