The district did not specify the threat nor how it was discovered or reported.
“Since we determined this threat had no credibility and because we also must protect the privacy of our students, we do not plan to go into any more detail about this or comment further,” Demers stated in her release.
The school day was was not interrupted, and the district later notified junior high school parents that a threat had been made.
