“Our Columbus location is truly the embodiment of our core values and mission statement,” Rodizio Grill founder Ivan Utrera said in a release. “George and his experienced management team will bring this to our Liberty Center location, offering guests an authentic Brazilian dining experience for which we’ve been known for over 20 years.”
Founded in 1995, Rodizio Grill was the first Brazilian “churrascaria” steakhouse in the United States. The concept features rotisserie grilled meat, expertly seasoned and carved tableside by traditionally dressed Gauchos.
The meats are complemented with a salad bar, hot side dishes, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables and homemade desserts. There’s also a wide array of fresh-pressed juices, homemade Brazilian Limeades, cocktails and a wine list featuring a variety of Brazilian imported wines.
