A Fairfield-based business with a commitment to safety is looking to hire new employees.

Located at 260 Osborne Drive in Fairfield, Loveland Excavating & Paving performs demolition, earthwork, underground utilities, concrete including concrete curb and asphalt paving for the commercial, industrial and residential sectors of the construction industry.

The business was founded in 1996 by Matthew Brennan. It provides site development construction services to builders, developers, general contractors and property owners, serving Southwest Ohio with a primary focus of the four-county area around Greater Cincinnati.

More than an 80 percent of its business comes from repeat customers and more than 90 percent of its staff has been with the company for 10 years or more.

Two divisions of the company include Cincinnati Sealcoating Company and Cincinnati Concrete Curb.

In 2016, the company moved out of a rented location on Le Saint Drive and into its Osborne Drive facility, which was projected to cost $1.1 million to construct.

The company is hiring for the following full-time positions: asphalt crew (all positions), concrete finishers and laborers, curb machine operator, diesel mechanic/heavy equipment mechanic, dump truck drivers and heavy equipment operator.
