The pursuit ended in Middletown after the vehicle crashed into a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox at Central Avenue and Bellemonte Street.
The driver of the Camry sustained serious injuries from the crash and was transported to Atrium Medical Center, where he was admitted, the patrol said.
The driver of the Equinox, Courtney M. Tanner, 33, of Lebanon, sustained serious injuries and was reported in stable condition at Atrium Medical Center. Her passenger, Anthony J. Hurrigan, 31, of Middletown, sustained minor injuries and was also taken to Atrium for treatment. He is expected to be released, the patrol said.
The 17-year-old suspect is believed to have been under the influence of drugs at the time of the incident, the patrol said.
Charges are pending andthe investigation is continuing, the patrol said.
