Homearama announces 2019 location

The official groundbreaking ceremony for the 56th Homearama will be held 10 a.m. Oct. 9 at Deerfield Twp.’s Kensington community, according to the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati.

Homearama 2019 will be held June 8-23. It will mark the 18th time Homearama is being held in Warren County.

Developed by Erbeck Development Co., Kensington is an English garden-inspired community, with tree-lined boulevards, located in the highly-ranked Mason City School District. It’s located off Fields Ertel Road near Deerfield Towne Center. The community features a pool and cabana, along with 23 acres of green space lined with walking trails and landscaped gardens.

The eight builders participating in the show include Classic Living Homes, Fischer Homes, J&K Custom Homes, John Candle Homes, Robert Lucke Homes, WP Land Co., Walker Homes and Wieland Builders.

Homes will range in price from $900,000 to more than $1 million. Several of the homes have been pre-sold.
