UC Health has purchased part of a medical office building next door to West Chester Hospital for nearly $1.5 million.

The transaction for part of an office building at 7759 University Drive in West Chester Twp. occurred Oct. 3, with K and K Medical Office Building selling it to the health network for $1.46 million, according to Butler County Auditor’s Office records.

The remaining segments of the building are owned by other entities: two by Longworth Properties and one each by TLS Real Estate and University of Cincinnati Physicians.

The 7,820-square-foot building was constructed in 2005, auditor’s office records show.

UC Health did not respond to requests for comment about the purchase and its plans for the building.
