Fitness studio, restaurant among new businesses in Butler County

SPENGA, a workout studio that combines spin, strength and yoga in one 60-minute session, opened its newest location at 7996 Princeton Glendale Road, Suite 101, West Chester Twp. on Feb. 27.

Each studio has experienced instructors that guide members through a 60-minute workout. While most studios focus on one type of workout, SPENGA combines Spin, HIIT strength training and Yoga.

The hour-long workout is aimed at boosting endurance, strengthening muscles and restoring the body for the most efficient workout possible.

SPENGA is ideal for anyone who wants to get a well-rounded and convenient workout all at one studio, according to David Wildner, SPENGA franchisee for the new West Chester location.

“West Chester’s vibrant community is the perfect location for us to introduce SPENGA to Cincinnati,” Wildner said. “The initial response has been incredible.”

SPENGA offers sessions daily starting at 5 a.m. through 6:30 p.m. and prices will range from $79 per month for 4X-per month to $149 per month for unlimited sessions. For membership rates call the studio at 513-447-6448 or stop by for a studio tour.

Another Broken Egg Cafe

A breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant that specializes in Southern-inspired menu options is set to open in Butler County next month.

Another Broken Egg Cafe is scheduled to make its debut April 27 at 7701 Voice of America Centre Drive in West Chester Twp. It will occupy part of a structure that once was home to Ruby Tuesday, Marlin & Ray’s and, until May 2018, Milano’s Pizza, Subs & Taps.

Broken Egg Cafe touts itself as offering “chef-inspired, breakfast, brunch, lunch and signature morning cocktails” and a “craveably, culinary driven menu with a southern flair.”

Its menu includes Bananas Foster Pancakes, Lobster & Brie Omelette, Smoked Salmon Benedict and a variety of high-protein power bowls. Adults may enjoy hand-crafted cocktails like Spiked Cold Brews and signature Mimosas and Bloody Marys.

The new restaurant at Voice of America will be hiring for all of its positions including servers, bussers, hosts, bartenders, expediters, line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers. The hiring process will begin in late March.

Another Broken Egg Cafe is one of the fastest-growing daytime-only concepts in the country, with more than 69 locations in 12 states and dozens more in development. It has locations in Montgomery County’s Miami Twp. at Austin Landing and in Beavercreek.
