Fairfield schools group looking for school supply donations: How to donate

The Fairfield City Schools District (FCSD) is preparing for the 2024 Back-to-School Bash and need help.

The FCSD Community Diversity Alliance is seeking donations of new backpacks and school supplies to give away from 9-11 a.m. at the Aug. 3 Bash. Again this year, a registry has been created on Amazon for anyone to browse school items and make purchases that will go directly to the Bash’s backpack/school supply giveaway. All items will be automatically shipped to the FCSD Administration Building for storage until a few days before the bash.

For more information or the link for shopping, go to fairfieldcityschools.com.

An organization or business can also sign up to be a collection site. If you’re interested in having a donation bin for the public to drop off backpacks and school supplies, call 513-858-7117 and leave a message with your business/organization name and address and a bin will be delivered.
