Suspect who said, ‘give me all your money’ gets away with $2 and a cellphone

The man kept walking, he told police.

That’s when the suspect said: “Give me all your money.” He gave the suspect all the money he had, $2, and his cell phone, the report said.

There also were three other subjects and one of them struck the victim with a gun, the man told police. He said the suspects then fired three rounds from a hand gun.

At about the same time, there were reports of shots being fired in the area, according to the report.

Police searched behind the Bureau of Motor Vehicles on Roosevelt Boulevard, but were unable to locate any casings or blood residue, the report said.

The man was treated for his injuries at Atrium Medical Center, according to the police report.
