A Fairfield City Schools bus driver said she was threatened by a parent after she apparently “wrote” her daughter up.

On Oct. 3, a bus driver said a parent at Tara Brooke Way and Hollyberry Lane “held up the students from entering the bus and she stepped onto the steps of the bus,” according to a police report.

The driver told police the parent then began yelling at her “and using profane language” and told her “to never write her daughter up again, or else she would regret it.”

The driver, and the school’s transportation director, intend to press disorderly conduct charges against the parent as she “held the students off the bus and used profane language in front of a large amount of children, making a disturbance.”
