Police: Two rob Middletown CVS, tie up employees

Two men from Indiana were charged with kidnapping and aggravated robbery after police alleged they tied up employees and stole pills from a local store.

Middletown Division of Police were dispatched to CVS, 820 S. Breiel Blvd., this morning where they found employees tied up, according to Chief David Birk.

Birk said a vehicle matching the getaway vehicle was spotted on Central Avenue, but the vehicle fled on Ohio 122, crossing into Madison Twp., Birk said. The vehicle crashed and the suspects were apprehended.

Patrick Johnson-Tucker, 33, and Nicholas Parez Johnson-Tucker, 23, both from Indianapolis, were captured and arrested.

Patrick Johnson-Tucker was charged with aggravated robbery and two counts of kidnapping and Nicholas Johnson-Tucker was charged with aggravated robbery, two counts of kidnapping and carrying a concealed weapon.

They are scheduled to be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. Monday in Middletown Municipal Court, according to records.
