Police respond to report of naked woman arguing with man outside

Oxford Police were called to an apartment complex on College Corner Pike at 2:14 p.m. June 13 on a report of a naked woman arguing with a man in the breezeway of an complex.

When police arrived, there was a large amount of trash on the ground outside, but the two people could be heard arguing inside an apartment, according to a police report.

The man came out of the apartment as officers arrived and said he and his former girlfriend had been arguing all morning because they had recently broken up and he was trying to move out.

An officer went inside to check on the woman, telling her to come out of the bedroom with clothes on.

A check by dispatch revealed the woman, identified as Leann Creech, 23, had warrants against her out of the Butler County Sheriff’s Office and Fairfield Police Department.

She was handcuffed, but before she could be searched, she told the officer she had a container with medications in her bra, according to the police report.

The container had 14 blue tablets identified as Clonazepam, a Schedule IV controlled substance, and two white tablets identified as Hipaa, which is not controlled. They were logged into evidence with a request to have the pills tested at the lab.

Creech was charged with possession of a controlled substance and taken to the Butler County Jail.
