MORE: Middletown city employee’s charges in Kohl’s theft case dismissed
While talking with police, Glorioso said he had eight bags of methamphetamine in his pocket. Two of the baggies contained what appeared to be a white crystal like substance and the other baggies were crushed rocks, the report read. The white crystal field tested positive for methamphetamine.
The homeowner told police she didn’t want to file charges for criminal damaging.
Glorioso pleaded not guilty to the charge, and Middletown Municipal Court Judge James Sherron sent the case to a Butler County grand jury, according to court records.
